           SAP - Employee Self Service (ESS) portal is now accessible through public internet besides sify network

  Url of the portal is: http://sapep.indiapost.gov.in:8080/irj/portal

        ESS portal is accessible on mobiles, Laptops and Personal Computers along with office Systems and network

 A sample mobile interface is as follows.

       ESS portal is compatible with all the browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox

       Now the employees can apply leave requests /  advance requests and generate payslip etc., in 24x7 environment.

       No separate configuration  is required to access the ESS portal in public internet. 

       As of now, the portal is functioning very slowly in public internet particularly between 06:00 hrs to  23:00 hrs.

       The starting hiccups will be settled shortly.
